Production description:
Thickness:1.5mm-6mm, the general width is 20-1000mm (SS wire reinforced,alkali free glass fiber, single-side adhesive aluminium foil or other specifications can be produced according to your requirements)

Compared with asbestos, ceramic fiber textiles have the following advantages:

1. Continue use temperature up to 1000ºC, short time use temperature up to 1260ºC.
2. With good acid and alkali corrosion resistance and resistance to aluminum Zinc and other fan molten metal erosion ability.
3. Good high temperature strength and thermal insulation performance(please refer to physical and chemical indicators)
4. The ceramic fiber cloth, tape, sleeve and other products with alkali free glass fiber as strength material have higher electrical insulation and high temperature electrical insulation than glass fiber.
5. Non-toxic, harmless and odorless.

Note: 
ceramic fiber textile contains about 15% organic fiber, when used for the first time, with the rise of temperature, the organic fiber in the product will gradually carbonized black, and smoke phenomenon, local fire may occur, this is a normal phenomenon, does not affect the use. As the temperature continues to rise, the products will gradually become with, organic fiber has been completely carbonized, the products are completely ceramic fiber and other high temperature resistant inorganic materials.
