Soft EPTFE Expanded PTFE Sheet Gasket Tape with Thickness 0.5mm-10mm

    PTFE has good corrosion resistance, wear resistance and high temperature resistance, and is suitable for various chemical media, petroleum, gas and other industries.
Our PTFE sheet is made of 100% PTFE through a special process. It has high tensile strength, low creep, high and low temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, no asbestos, no additives, non-toxic, aging resistance. It also comply with RoHS requirements. It's airtight, watertight and better performance of anti leakage. Under severe corrosive environment and high temperature, it can still maintain excellent sealing. When tank lining in the chemical processing and semiconductor industries, where the prevention of leakage and contamination is vital to material purity and integrity.

The material of expanded PTFE gaskets is pure PTFE resin particles. The PTFE resin particles are heated and compressed through a certain process to form expanded PTFE gaskets. Body PTFE gasket.Ordinary PTFE is a sheet material made by melting at high temperature.
